The Cancer Foundation for New Mexico (CFFNM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Glenn M. Renner to its Board of Directors, where he will also serve as Treasurer. Renner brings a wealth of experience in leadership, strategic growth, and community service, making him a valuable addition to the Foundation’s mission of supporting cancer patients and their families in Northern New Mexico.

Glenn Renner is the executive chairman of HomeSphere, the nation’s largest marketplace serving the residential construction industry. Since joining HomeSphere in 2004, Renner has held multiple leadership roles, including chief marketing officer, chief operating officer, president, and chief executive officer. Under his guidance, HomeSphere experienced a tenfold increase in marketplace growth. Renner spearheaded significant organizational advancements, including acquiring critical intellectual property, attracting venture capital, completing a management buyout, securing private equity investments, overhauling technology platforms, and executing a succession plan for ongoing expansion.

In addition to his role at HomeSphere, Renner serves as the executive chairman of Kane Robotics, a company dedicated to developing collaborative robotic solutions that enhance productivity, improve safety, and address labor shortages in manufacturing. His leadership at Kane Robotics underscores his commitment to fostering innovative technologies in the construction and manufacturing industries.

Renner’s professional journey also includes a notable tenure at The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW), where he held various managerial and executive roles, ultimately serving as Vice President of Architectural Marketing. In this capacity, he directed strategic marketing initiatives, new product development, commercialization, and positioning, contributing to the growth of the company’s multi-billion-dollar architectural product line distributed through over 2,600 company-owned stores nationwide.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Renner is deeply committed to community service. He served as board chairman for Rebuilding Together Metro Denver and co-founded Tierra Mar Gallery and InterFusion Art. He is an active member of the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI), continuously supporting teams that drive disruptive technologies in his beloved industries.
