The evening begins with a relaxed three-course dinner with paired wines at historic Café Catron, just steps from the Santa Fe Plaza. With its welcoming atmosphere and longtime place in the heart of downtown, Café Catron sets the tone for an easygoing meal filled with laughter, conversation, and connection.
As dinner unfolds, guests will experience the return of one of Santa Fe’s most iconic traditions: the magic of La Cantina. Since opening in 1983 in a historic 1868 adobe building, La Cantina has been famous for its singing waiters, who delight guests with Broadway favorites, pop classics, and timeless standards, all accompanied by live piano, creating a festive and unmistakably Santa Fe atmosphere.
That spirit comes to life again through a group of former La Cantina performers, professional singers whose talent and generosity defined the restaurant’s legendary charm. They are reuniting for this special evening in support of the Cancer Foundation for New Mexico.
