Volunteering at the Cancer Foundation for New Mexico is extremely rewarding. Many members of our volunteer team have been with our organization for 10 years or more! Receive training to assist patients undergoing treatment, help with events, or provide translation services. Whatever you choose to do, you’ll be part of a valuable team dedicated to fostering a sense of community and support for cancer patients and their families throughout northern New Mexico.

Ways to Volunteer:

Assist Patients During Treatment

Volunteer to assist patients with basic comforts while they undergo chemotherapy. You may provide warm pillows and blankets, snacks and beverages, or companionship to those who don’t want to be alone during treatment.

Provide Translation Services

Are you fluent in a language besides English? We are always looking for volunteers willing to provide translation service to patients during medical appointments.

Volunteer at the Sweetheart Auction, Santa Fe’s largest and most anticipated annual charity auction – occurring every February!
