At the heart of the evening is a vertical tasting of Chappellet Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon — the most sought-after wine in the Chappellet portfolio and a true collector’s gem. Produced in extremely limited quantities, this Cabernet represents the pinnacle of Chapelle winemaking, embodying the elegance, power, and complexity for which Pritchard Hill is renowned.
Inspired by the great Bordeaux wines that first influenced Donn Chappellet, this exceptional wine is crafted through a meticulous blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and classic Bordeaux varietals, then aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak. Grown on rugged, rocky mountainside vineyards, these Cabernets are celebrated for their structure, depth, and remarkable ability to age gracefully for decades.
