Cajun Culinary Adventure for Ten People

Cocktails followed by a Cajun dinner at the home of Valerie and Bud Hamilton. Two Louisiana natives, Helen Dufreche and her step-son Jacob (Executive Sous Chef at The Butcher in New Orleans) will create and serve a soulful 7-course feast of heaping helpings. Each lucky couple will go home with a party favor bag filled with Louisiana treats (live snakes and frogs not included). Cajuns know how to party! Dinner to be served on a Friday or Saturday evening.
