Our Event Safety Policy and Protocols
To help save lives by removing barriers and providing needed support to Northern New Mexicans with cancer seeking medical treatment in Santa Fe.
Keeping everyone in our community safe and healthy remains a top priority at CFFNM. Therefore, a valid photo ID and proof of full COVID vaccination and booster, or negative 3rd party verified COVID test with name and date done within 1 day prior to the event, will be required for each attendee and verified by security prior to entering the Convention Center. In addition to attendees, we will be requiring this proof from all staff, vendors and volunteers.
Proof of Full Vaccination
All guests, staff, vendors and volunteers will need to provide a photocopy or scan of your official vaccination card along with a photo ID before entering the Santa Fe Convention Center.
Please note: “Full Vaccination” means you’ve received the complete dosage of the Moderna, Pfizer, or Johnson & Johnson vaccine and booster at least 14 days prior to attending any CFFNM event.
For Those Not Vaccinated
We will also accept a negative 3rd party verified COVID test with name and date done within 1 day prior to the event. Please note: Test results will only be accepted at the door on the evening of the event.
If you need assistance finding a test location, the New Mexico Department of Health’s Screening and Testing Sites website page located at NMhealth.org is a good resource.
Face Masks Required
Face masks will be required for our public events while inside the venue except when in the process of eating and drinking.
